Among the key developments on the Bank’s vision-board for the year is the acquisition of a new Head Office in Gaborone’s new Central Business District (CBD). The Bank announced to stakeholders its plans to open shop in the bustling commercial area in August this year.

In collaboration with our project development partners Time Projects and a wide array of architectural consultants, we have placed a significant emphasis on developing our new headquarters with a look and feel to house all our key administrative operations as well as our comprehensive banking facilities. We are happy with the progress of the building project which is in its final stages. ”
In the midst of a beautiful interior and pristine building finishes, Capital Bank’s new headquarters will provide a plethora of quality service features inclusive of the following: Dedicated Relationship Offices for Customer Care Elevation – For bringing quality relationship managed customer service. Among its corporate banking services, the new building will have dedicated asset finance service stations. Over the past decade, Capital Bank has acquired bespoke expertise in providing transactional, investment, loan and foreign exchange/trade solutions. From retail banking to business investment solutions, convenient online banking platforms, VISA debit cards and more, the Bank provides a comprehensive range of services in all major global currencies customised to customer portfolio and growth strategies. Self-Service Digital Banking Kiosks – Handy areas where clients can use Capital Bank’s robust and user-friendly internet banking platform. Customers will also be allowed to view their accounts and print statements and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) – ATM Deposit machines will be on site for customers to undertake financial transactions which reflect on their balances immediately.
